The Mineral Wells Animal Shelter is overseen by the Mineral Wells Police Department through the Animal Control Division. Long hours, dedication, hard work, and caring hearts are the foundation of the shelter. With over 90% of animals each quarter that find a home, treatment, or a foster family, the Mineral Wells Animal Shelter is successful in its endeavor to find a nurturing home for each animal. However, the shelter can’t do this without help! If you are able, donate items to the shelter and volunteer when available. The reward in the end will be lives saved and new homes given!
