Michael “Hoot Owl” Turner passed away on August 30, 2021. He was born October 28, 1962, in Lubbock, Texas. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ollie Nell Perkins Jackson. Survivors include his children, Jazmin Masias and Michael McKelvey; sister, Zelma Tate; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be at Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Funeral Home Sunday evening from 6-8 p.m.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Monday, September 12, 2021, at the Mineral Wells Church of God.
