Goodday Mineral Wells is the most popular news website in Palo Pinto County and I am proud that so many of you have enjoyed what we are delivering to our readers. We have been reaching on average 40,000 people per month which is over double the population of Mineral Wells. I have had significant support from local advertisers and also have the joy of working with many who have written for us and helped in so many other ways. That said, it has been incredibly challenging to launch and maintain the service. I am the sole owner and have invested both my time and financial resources to get Goodday Mineral Wells started and keep it going.
I have been searching for a business partner to help me operate Goodday Mineral Wells and provide funding so that we can continue operating and grow. My search has, sadly, been unsuccessful.
Goodday Mineral Wells is now for sale. We may still publish from time to time but not at the rate we have been. If Goodday Mineral Wells sells, I will more than likely be involved going forward in some form or fashion. We will continue to run ads from local businesses currently running ads at no cost to them, as a sincere thank you for their support.
My goal is to bring modern and dynamic design to local news that is unlike any traditional news website and get people interested in what is happening in our community. I have discovered my strengths are in the creation of engaging website formats and content. There is so much more to running a business and I learned that I cannot handle all of it by myself. I gave my all creating Goodday Mineral Wells. I am unable to continue at the pace I have set. I am going to take some time to focus on my own health and other projects/jobs that offer me more financial stability and free time. I have learned so much from this and am so thankful for all the readers that have enjoyed what I created.
I love the community of Mineral Wells so much and have been proud to be involved with the growth of this positive community. Since June 26th, 2020 (The launch of our website), Goodday Mineral Wells reached over 640,000 people. I am amazed and gratified that so many people around the world are interested in Mineral Wells and proud of how Goodday Mineral Wells helps to keep it in the spotlight. I don’t believe this is the end of Goodday Mineral Wells. I do believe in time someone will step forward and grow Goodday Mineral Wells to its full potential. I will be keeping the website up until that time and we may still publish from time to time. Thank you again for all the support that you have provided.
