9 AM Monday, First Financial of Mineral Wells held their 5th annual Day of Service. This year, First Financial employees went to Western Heritage Park Trails to clean up litter throughout the park and along the new mountain biking trails. All First Financial locations dedicate a day to help the community and each branch gets to choose exactly how they want to volunteer.
Rhett Warren, Trail Steward of the Western Heritage Park Trails was very pleased to receive the help.
“It’s a big help. If you have one person trying to do four and a half miles of trail it takes forever but when you have 20-25 people out here we can get a whole lot more done. Power in numbers.”
