Coffee & Cocktails is back after almost four months of closure due to COVID restrictions. With a new partnership with Say Cheese!, the gourmet coffee shop is now offering a wide variety of delicious foods. Now, customers walking through the Market at 76067 will smell fresh-brewed coffee beans, luscious desserts, and appetizing entrees.
While some of the menu items have been reimagined by Say Cheese!, there are also new recipes that are being offered. Just a few of the mouthwatering items on the menu include: baked queso pie, shrimp cocktail deviled eggs, spinach and mushroom enchiladas with a cilantro cream sauce, and a twice-baked potato. To celebrate the re-opening, Coffee & Cocktails will be hosting a few exciting events throughout the weekend:
- Friday, 9/24/20: Sean Eddy Live 7pm – 11pm
- Saturday, 9/25/20:
- Endless Mimosas and Bloody Marys 10am – 2pm
- Texas Barflies (Acoustic) with special guest Cory Crenshaw 7pm – 11pm
Another exciting addition to the dining area includes a stained-glass art display by David Adams.
The Coffee & Cocktails team has been anticipating re-opening and is elated to be able to serve the community once again with a fresh menu.
“We are super excited to be back. We look forward to serving customers in Mineral Wells. We recently updated our kitchen and partnered with Say Cheese! We have a great, new updated menu. With our ability to re-open, we have had to follow new TABC rules regulating bar & business, therefore we do need to follow ‘the fifty-one rule.’”
Misty Nix and Zinn Brown
The ‘fifty-one rule’ is the COVID restriction that was mandated by Governor Abbott that states that all bars and restaurants must have over fifty-one percent profits from non-alcohol items.
At this time, Coffee & Cocktails is hiring new servers and bartenders. Apply if you are interested!
