Why should she be recognized? “Monica is dedicated to serving her community. She is committed to the mission of CASA and she works tirelessly as the Program Director for CASA Hope for Children. Monica also is always there to serve other organizations in the community. She is a member of Mineral Wells Rotary and a member of Leadership Mineral Wells Class 25 and has volunteered for United Way of Palo Pinto county.”
Professional Achievements: “Monica started with CASA Hope for Children in August of 2012 as the Office Manager and has steadily assumed more and more responsibility over the past 9 years to her current position as Program Director managing a department of 6 staff members. She is an active member in Mineral Wells Rotary and a graduate of Leadership Mineral Wells Class 25.”
Activities: “Monica is very active in Rotary, continues to be connected with her Leadership Mineral Wells Class, and is very connected to her children’s schools and school activities. She can often be found at a Rams ball game or some other school sports function supporting her community and the children in it. Her passion is also her profession at CASA. Managing and coaching staff and volunteers who advocate for children placed in foster care and in the child welfare system.”
