Why should she be recognized? “I am a quiet person so I observe, and what I observe is the kind of person Tia Garcia is. You will not find anymore more pure than she is. She is a Headstart teacher and is involved with the HighRidge Church here in Mineral Wells. She recently did an event with the church at the city park along with her husband (who also deserves praise). I know she will continue to do more and share her love of God with the community. She is the embodiment of what this world so desperately needs.”
Professional Achievements: “She is currently attending college and is almost done! She’s been teaching at Headstart for over a year now and she’s a wonderful mom.”
