The Lynch Plaza in the center of downtown Mineral Wells just received a major facelift! We spoke with Cody Jordan to get the details on this new, first of its kind locally, co-work space in Mineral Wells, Texas. They are calling it 76067 Co-Work Space. It is open to anyone with availability long-term or down to the hour in the chance that you only need an office to host a quick meeting.

Co-work spaces are really common in bigger cities and Cody went on to explain that they had a lot of people coming to their office (Nix Rental Homes) looking for an office space for a day or even just an hour and they didn’t have anything for them so they created this space for local businesses and visiting business owners to have a space to meet clients/customers in a professional setting. Redesigning from its original layout, they created multiple offices and one large conference room.

76067 Co-Work Space has high-speed wifi, a refrigerator fully stocked with refreshments, a coffee machine, and a printer to name just a few of the office necessities provided in the building. Part of this overhaul was turning three old office spaces into the now large conference room designed to comfortably seat ten people. They started to renovate 76067 Co-Work Space in February of this year and opened the doors in April. The finishing touches went in place just a few weeks ago when they put prints on the walls and added vinyl wraps on the doors to each office space, adding vivid color to the modern offices. A local printer, 180 signs, printed and installed the vinyl wraps to the doors using the same high-quality vinyl that they use for vehicle wraps.

All but one of the doors are Jonny Goodday captures of Mineral Wells. I was honored that Macy Nix, owner of Marketing by Macy, suggested that they use some of my images to brighten up the doors. Because of everything going on in town they wanted this space to show that. With the office space being in the center of Mineral Wells, they wanted this space to really show everything that Mineral Wells has to offer.

They currently have a few long-term tenants at 76067 Co-Work Space and that is always an option if you are looking for a more permanent office. State Representative Glenn Rogers uses 76067 Co-Work Space as his local office since it is a good central location in Mineral Wells for people to find when he isn’t in Austin, Texas. One office space will always be available for reservation for people looking for a space for the day or the hour. Cody told us that the conference room has been the most popular co-work space in the building. Currently, there are three spaces available either long-term or short-term. The conference room is only available by the day or the hour.

The individual offices range from 250ft²-400ft². They include a desk with office chairs. The conference room is about 1,200ft². The conference room also provides a Bluetooth TV that can be used for presentations or video chats. The space has commonly been used by realtors, people in marketing, and general business people that work from home and want to meet clients in a quieter setting than a coffee shop. Cody went on to share that it is also a great quiet place for people that need to study, craft, or really do anything productive. If you think this is the space for you, please give Nix Rental Homes a call at (940) 325-1406.
