Starting around 6:53 am residents on the south side of Mineral Wells noticed the power shut off. A few different times it came back on and then fully went offline at 7:46 am. Currently, Oncor is stating the outage could last till 9:00 am and is affecting 1,634 of their customers. It is unclear at this time what has caused the outage.
We will be providing updates here as they are received.
- UPDATE FROM 9 AM: Oncor is now stating the power could be off till 11:00 am. Only 1,240 customers are affected.
