Kristen Hull nominated Ashlee Martinez, Director of First Steps Preschool, in The 2021 Goodday Mineral Wells Top 40 under 40. Here is why Kristen nominated Ashlee:

Why should she be recognized? “Ashlee is a genuinely caring person that actively works to show and share her kindness to those around her. She puts her entire self into her work and never misses the opportunity to be real and connect on a meaningful level. Ashlee is a big supporter of the Mineral Wells community, students, and Ram athletes. She deserves to be recognized because she portrays the everyday family values that are found in this crazy town!”

Professional Achievements: “Ashlee is the Director of First Steps Preschool and holds a Degree in Education. As the Director at First Steps, Ashlee oversees all of the teachers and about 80 students, all of which are given her full attention when needed. She learns all of her student’s names and quirks and is quick to make every parent feel connected to their child’s learning experience. Ashlee also makes homemade wreaths in her spare time. You can find them on Facebook at CollieRae Custom Wreaths.”

Activities: “Ashlee is active in her work, church, the community activities, and school events.”
