- The spring is here and it is beautiful! Heritage Christian Academy has put together a small event with our Mineral Wells State Park, that everyone will love. Come join in on the fun this Friday at 10 am. The group will be hosting a picnic and a hike. This will take place at the Action Nature Center here in Mineral Wells. The group asks that you RSVP. - Mineral Wells is changing daily. It is growing minute by minute. If you would like to become more informed and be active in these changes coming to our community. There is a community meeting being held by our Chamber of Commerce. This meeting will take place Friday at 11:30am. - Get your pocketbooks ready for a big win with— BINGO! This week’s bingo night will begin, Friday at 5 pm. This event will be at our local VFW. It is only $17 to play all night! They hope you come out and make some new friends. For the formal listing: https://fb.me/e/2exvAfFIR
- Music has been a light at the end of the tunnel this year. If you enjoy listening to country music. The VFW is also hosting another fun-filled night. This Friday, April 30th at 7pm Taylor Bonham – Singer/SongWriter will take the stage. Plus, another band will be joining him “Proud Country”. It should be a night to remember. - If we have learned anything about the past year. It is that mental health is just as important as physical health. MAYDAY will be hosting a Mental Health Awareness Arts Festival which will have something for everyone. The VFW will be sponsoring this amazing event. Their goal is to provide education to better serve the public. In addition to, several of the “Crazy” vendors of our town and entertainment. - There is a crawfish boiling happening this weekend! This benefit will take place Saturday, May 1st from 1-7 pm at Kennedy’s Hometown Market in Santo, TX. This benefit will go to Jaxson Flynt of Ft.
