Karyn Bullock with Mineral Wells Independent School District shared a pleasant statement about what MWISD is providing for their employees:
“Mineral Wells ISD is pleased to announce a voluntary program that will test all district employees who want or need a COVID-19 test to start the second semester of school. On Wednesday, January 6th, and Thursday, January 7th, MWISD staff will be on-site at all five main campuses offering free COVID-19 tests to any/all MWISD employees who would like to be tested. It is not required for this round of testing that employees be symptomatic or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19. This program is made possible by the Texas Education Agency, and MWISD is happy to provide COVID-19 rapid testing to MWISD employees as part of the district’s continuous work to help mitigate the spread of coronavirus in our community.”
