Thursday, December 31st, 2020 at 5:15PM a fire started at the Kwiki Wash & Dry Lavanderia on SE 22nd Ave. Firefighters investigating the fire believe it was caused by a piece of plastic in a load of laundry that caused the dryer to ignite. The damages are currently being assessed by the fire department and the owner. No one was injured.
