PALO PINTO COUNTY, TX – On this Election Day, “the Palo Pinto County polls are busy” according to the Palo Pinto County Elections Office and there is some important information to know if you plan to vote today.
Firstly, you need to know where to go to vote! In Mineral Wells, voters will not be able to attend the Mineral Wells Senior Center to vote as previously listed due to COVID-19 restrictions. To see a full listing of poll locations throughout Palo Pinto County click here.
Polling locations will be quite busy and already are being said to be filling up according to the Palo Pinto County Elections office. It’s important to know that “if you are in line by 7 p.m., you will be able to vote. We do not turn people away,” per the Palo Pinto County Elections office representative.
Lastly, you need to bring your ID! There are several forms of ID that are acceptable to bring to vote. Check them out below:
Per the Palo Pinto County Elections Office, “a total of 6,013 voters have voted” since 10/13/2020 as of 10/23/2020 – “that’s 31% of the registered voters in Palo Pinto County. Will you join those voters today?
