Diva Nails & Spa has been operating in Mineral Wells since November 2019 and is located in the same building as Crown Dental. A lovely couple, Tony and Vikki, serve as the owners and originally began their business in Houston, TX. However, in Mineral Wells, the couple has found a second home for their nail salon.
“This town is special,” Vikki, Diva Nails & Spa business owner states. “Of course, it was quiet when we first opened and then we grew. We have a lot of travelers from Possum Kingdom, Graham, Weatherford, and Millsap who come to get their nails done.”
Tony and Vikki have been running Diva Nails & Spa in Houston, TX for five years now. Yet, the atmosphere in Mineral Wells is quite different than what they are used to. Vikki states that running a small business in Mineral Wells has been quite easy: “Right now, business is going up in Mineral Wells. The people are very nice and kind and friendly. It was easy starting a new business in Mineral Wells and there is less competition. Ninety-percent of my customers are regulars. With me, I run the business easier over here in comparison to Houston.”
Even during the midst of COVID, the couple was able to run their small business quite well: “It’s the same as before. We didn’t shut down. We keep things clean, we are wearing masks, and we are following the rules.”
Upon entering the business, our team was quick to notice how clean the interior was. Plexi-glass screens lined each desk and each employee was wearing a mask at all times. A simple manicure was given with impeccable hygiene and the utmost professionalism.
Currently, Diva Nails & Spa is hosting a Fall special including $5 off Fall pedicures and a separate special that includes 10% off. All walk-ins are welcome, however, an appointment can always be made by calling. To find out more, visit the Mineral Wells Diva Nails & spa website by clicking here or their Facebook page.
