Terry Kendrick Liles
September 27, 1943 – September 25, 2020

Terry Liles went to be with his Lord and Savior on the evening of September 25, 2020. Terry was born to JC and Pearl Liles on September 27, 1943 in Mineral Wells. He married the love of his life, Loretta in December of 1967. He was a devoted husband and wonderful father to three sons and the best grandfather any grandchild could ask for. Terry was a retired truck driver who took pride in delivering brick across Texas and the surrounding states.

Terry was a collector of all things and loved to find a bargain. He appreciated all vintage automobiles and had a special place in his heart for the 1957 Chevrolet Bel-Air. 

Terry was an active member of the church for many years and held titles ranging from Song Leader, Deacon, and Treasurer. Terry loved music and was known for his beautiful voice and song writing abilities. Throughout the years he performed with many talented singers and was a member of Glory Road which performed for churches and revivals.

Terry is survived by his loving wife Loretta; his three sons: Robbie Liles and his wife Lorraine, Dwayne Smith and his wife Christie, and Steve Smith; his sister Karen Burson; 7 grandkids, 18 great grandkids, and 3 great-great grandkids and many cousins, nieces and nephews whom adored him.

Visitation will be 6-8 Wednesday at Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Thursday, October 1, 2020 at Calvary Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Woodland Park Cemetery.
