PALO PINTO COUNTY, TX – Several local businesses and citizens came together to host several Halloween events throughout the area. In Mineral Wells, the Mineral Wells Police Officer Association partnered with Adam Rincon of AHA packaging to host their own drive-thru trick-or-treat. At the event, they handed out candy in trick-or-treat boxes to children:
The local businesses of Possum Kingdom put together a huge trunk-or-treat which spanned across multiple roads. Starting at the Lincoln Plaza off FM 2353 and ending at the Rockin’ S Bar & Grill at FM 2951, the trunk-or-treat spanned across the entire Possum Kingdom Peninsula. Possum Kingdom Volunteer Fire Department placed a truck at the beginning and end of the trunk-or-treat as well and handed out candy.
In Mineral Wells, the Crazy sign was lit, downtown was busy, and the moon was golden as it peaked over the Baker Hotel. It was a great Halloween evening throughout Palo Pinto County.
