MINERAL WELLS, TX – J. Mark Fisher never stops working to create new developments for businesses throughout Mineral Wells including a fresh coat of paint and a new parking lot for the Save A Lot and Family Dollar shopping centers, a future T-Mobile Corporate store, a modern interior and exterior for Crown Dental and Diva Nail Spa, and a new property now in use by Little Caesars Pizza.

It wasn’t that long ago that Shires Garden Center once lived at the small property where Little Caesars Pizza now resides. Now in its place, two commercial properties are joined to provide a place of residence for Little Caesars and a future T-Mobile Corporate store.

Today, September 22, 2020, the Mineral Wells Area Chamber of Commerce welcomed Little Caesars Pizza with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the beginning of their grand opening.

“We really appreciate your support and are really excited to be in Mineral Wells!”

Mark Fisher is continuing to proceed forward with many new developments in town including a new “developmental proposal on Welcome Hill,” he states. However, before further plans may continue, Mark states that “approval for a driveway by TxDOT on Welcome Hill” is needed at this time. Further details regarding the developmental proposal for “Welcome Hill” will be released in the future. Until then, stay tuned, Mineral Wells, and enjoy the many new businesses that are calling Mineral Wells their home!

P.S. – You’re not wrong if you call it ”Welcome Mountain!” Mr. Fisher just calls it “Welcome Hill!”
