MINERAL WELLS, TX – For the last 1.5 years, Tincher’s Custom Homes & Remodeling and Hopkins Architects have been working incredibly hard to renovate the Crazy Water Hotel. On August 4th, 2020, Matt Tincher, Project Manager for Tincher’s Custom Homes & Remodeling, invited the Goodday Mineral Wells group to see the most recent progress of the second floor of the Crazy Water Hotel.
OFFICE SPACES & CONFERENCE ROOMS
On the second floor of the Crazy Water Hotel, various conference and office spaces will be available for rent. If a company or business-professional wishes to rent an office space connected to a bedroom suite, they will be able to. Furthermore, the large conference space can be divided into three, separate partitions with curtains.
KING SUITE STYLE HOTEL ROOMS
There are eighty apartments/suites available for rent at the Crazy Water Hotel. A great amount of progress has been made during the renovation of these rooms! The lighting in each suite is simply beautiful! Each suite will contain a king-sized bed.
THE BATHROOMS
The bathrooms have a modern approach in their design with soaking bathtubs, a large vanity, and an enormous shower. The tiling lining the floors and the walls complement one another very nicely.
POINT OF VIEW FROM THE SECOND FLOOR
Imagine renting this luxurious space one to two years from now: After stepping out in the hall and locking the front door, you turn around and see a bustling first floor with various shops and people. You walk down the hall, lined with red carpet that contrasts against the hallway walls nicely, and stop to look over the the balcony…
THE SHOPS
A photography studio, yoga studio, boutique, and luxury salon are expected to be among just a few of the retail shops on the first floor.
THE AMENITIES
A gym, weight room, and game room including billiards are all in progress.
HISTORY COMING BACK TO LIFE
Although COVID has held back the schedule, Matt expects that the Crazy Water Hotel will be completed in approximately 1.5 years.
“You see something new every day. Trying to bring something 100 years old back to life and make it as close as possible to what it was has been a lot of work. However, the end result will make it all worth it.”
Matt states that the Crazy Water Hotel will keep its historic look while also having updated/modern rooms.
We hope you enjoyed these Crazy Water Hotel updates and we look forward to providing you with more in the near future!
