On 06/26/2020, Mineral Wells was hit with a new local media source: Goodday Mineral Wells.
Goodday Mineral Wells was founded by John L. Partesius (dba Jonny Goodday) and Arissa Viering, residents of Mineral Wells. The pair quickly pulled together a great team including: Grace LaRocca, Chip Lanning, and John C. Partesius.
John reports that he currently has several plans in the works. However, after seeing that Mineral Wells was in need of a local news source, he decided to accelerate the creation of Goodday Mineral Wells.
Goodday Mineral Wells is dedicated to providing a news source that is accessible to and reflective of the Mineral Wells community. Furthermore, Goodday Mineral Wells promotes tourism and community enrichment.
The news source works in conjunction with The Wishing Well of Mineral Wells which was originally founded by John and Arissa in January 2020.
“The website is still under construction, but we couldn’t wait any longer to let the community know that the local news is coming back. We will continue to construct the website throughout the weekend to have an official go-live on Monday,” John stated.
