PALO PINTO COUNTY, TX – BREAKING NEWS 8/10/2020: A 300 acre grass fire is spreading quickly at the junction of SH 337 & SH 16 near Rock Creek Road near Possum Kingdom Lake. Individuals nearby are being evacuated currently. The volunteer fire department is currently on scene.
The fire is spreading north to Jack County and is not currently contained. Please avoid the area.
