Our friends at Crazy Water have reached out today to let us know that they are selling 1L bottle cases of crazy water for $10 (cash only) at the Famous Water Co store. They are also delivering 5-gallon jugs to the Metro Grocery store here in town. The Metro Grocery store is getting power outages intermittently, so please keep in mind they may be without power for periods of time at the Metro Grocery store. For people that are unable to drive they will be delivered to your home as well. The Famous Water Company storefront will be open till 3 PM today. They cannot refill jugs of water at the Famous Water Company storefront because the waterlines are frozen.
For deliveries, please call Bill McGaha, distribution coordinator of Crazy Water for this area, at (940) 682-5580. Bill will try to get to as many people as possible, so please be patient, and if he can’t answer, leave a voicemail. Please do not call multiple times.
With our tapwater being recommended for boiling before consumption and people without power, having options like this makes us all so thankful to see businesses in our community doing what they can to help.
